As machine-driven DNS queries increase significantly, AI systems become increasingly involved in public policy-making processes, and AI systems with greater autonomous decision-making capabilities continue to advance rapidly, what impacts will these developments have on the operation of Internet infrastructure, the importance of DNS, and cybersecurity? How might ICANN’s role evolve? And how should the existing multistakeholder model adapt?
This seminar will bring together Taiwanese experts involved in relevant international affairs to explore the changes and challenges that AI systems are bringing to Internet governance.
