1. The Time frame to access the " Class Advisor Evaluation System" and submit the Class Advisor Evaluation for the current semester starts at 08:00 on December 9th, 2024, and ends at 17:00 on December 27th, 2024.
Who is required to submit the Class Advisor Evaluation: All Taiwanese and international undergraduate students in the day and extension divisions.

※ Notices:
(1) All Class Advisors are encouraged to remind students to complete and submit the Class Advisor Evaluation online.
(2) All students’ personal information will be kept strictly confidential. Please complete the Class Advisor Evaluation to the best of your ability.
(3) Once students have submitted their Class Advisor Evaluation, they won’t be able to retract it. Please read and respond carefully.
